1. Overview

At Artistictop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of BioWell Vital. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund.

This policy complies with European Union consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights) and German civil law (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB §§ 355 ff.) regarding the right of withdrawal for distance and off-premises contracts.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and German Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or Germany, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by post or email) before the withdrawal period has expired. After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

4. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or may be subject to a deduction:

• Products that have been opened or unsealed (in line with the exception for goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery – Directive 2011/83/EU Article 14(c); BGB § 356(4) no. 2)
• Products that have been used or partially consumed
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period or after the 14-day period for sending goods back following your withdrawal notice
• Products that show signs of tampering or damage caused by the customer

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us at reachus@artistictop.world within 14 days of receiving your order
• Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
• Step 3: We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
• Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
• Step 5: Ship the product to the provided return address
• Step 6: Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product or a defective item), you bear the direct cost of returning the goods (Article 9(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU; BGB § 357(2)).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved Returns: If approved, we will refund you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we received the returned goods or (if earlier) from the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back (Article 9(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU; BGB § 357(2)).
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
• Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Refund Amount

For approved returns, we will refund:

• The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
• Original shipping costs (if the entire order is returned)

We may deduct from the refund any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• Include your order number and description of the issue
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

10. Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
• We will provide a prepaid return label
• We will ship the correct item as soon as possible

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
